The room here is large and well-decorated with AC and a beautiful bathroom, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly.

it had exceptionally comfortable bed, views of the ocean. the bathroom there was nice. the staff was nice and we met the owner.

Value for money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and close to the beach where we could snorkel and see turtles. The staff at Amel House, especially Lily, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and providing us with great recommendations for meals and activities. The option to rent bicycles at a cheaper price was a bonus, allowing us to explore the island easily. we had a wonderful experience and hope to visit again in the future.

The breakfast experience could be improved by addressing the issue of flies on the veranda where it was served.

The room at Amel House was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious seating area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was well-equipped and the shower was refreshing, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The in-room WiFi kept us connected throughout our stay, making it easy to stay in touch with family and friends.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. However, I understand that this is a subjective opinion and others may not mind the occasional noise.

The breakfast at this place is superb, with a wide variety of delicious, fresh fruit; the location is very convenient, being close to the harbor and situated in the middle of the island.

I recently stayed at a charming homestay on Gili Air and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and had a refreshing outdoor shower, perfect after a day in the sun. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast served right outside my room, with a choice of omelettes and fresh fruits. The owner was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on his face. I also appreciated the homestay's location, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by lovely shops and warungs. The hosts were always ready to assist with any questions or needs. I highly recommend this homestay for a perfect stay on Gili Air.

Booked for 2 nights, ended up staying 5! Fantastic rooms with great facilities; fridge/mini-bar, TV, safe, patio sitting area outside your room. The rooms were cleaned and made up every day. Breakfast was amazing; a choice of various dishes with a huge plate of fresh fruit, including the best mango you’ve ever tried! Location is perfect, just 5-10 minutes to either North or East coast beaches and in a quiet area where you can get a good night’s sleep. The pier is 10 minutes walk as well. The best part of our stay though was the incredible people of this guesthouse; Eka, Johnny, Mr Carup and little Jovan! They work so hard to make sure you have a great stay. When we arrived I was sick with ‘Bali belly’ and Eka made me lots of herbal drinks to try and help and everyone was checking in on me to see if I was ok. Thank you guys, we are very grateful! ! They even helped us take our rucksacks to the harbour when we left on bicycles. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here and will miss everyone.

During my recent business trip to Gili Air, my director chose Amel House as our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the homestay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a positive first impression. One of the things I appreciated the most was that towels were offered in the homestay. This small detail made it convenient for me as a busy traveler. Moreover, the homestay's location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and other attractions on the island. Additionally, the facilities provided were well-maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The water in the shower was only warm for a very short amount of time.

The staff at the reception were so helpful in planning my stay. The accommodation had free WiFi and beautiful garden views. The daily breakfast options were amazing. I enjoyed exploring the natural beauty of the island. The homestay had air-conditioned rooms with a lovely patio. Terrific!

Oh, just loved the large gaps in the doors that let the cockroaches freely enter my room at night. So delightful!

They arranged a fantastic spearfishing trip combined with snorkeling, and even negotiated a great price for us. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a fridge and other amenities. the beds were comfy, the shower was nice, and there was plenty of room. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beaches and pier. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes and fresh fruit. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and will miss everyone!
